By voluntarily opting in to our SMS marketing program, you authorize La Catedral and service providers acting on our behalf to send marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting Out
You may withdraw consent and stop promotional text messages by replying STOP to a marketing message.
After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
Where supported, reply HELP for assistance.
Email and SMS Consent Are Separate
Subscribing to La Catedral’s email list does not automatically subscribe you to promotional SMS messages.
Similarly, providing your telephone number for a waitlist, restaurant inquiry, catering request, customer-service matter, or similar operational purpose does not automatically enroll you in promotional SMS marketing where separate consent is required.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.
